Allison McQueen, MA

Allison brings extensive experience in special education, teaching, and consulting on inclusive practices. Her work includes Universal Design for Learning (UDL), co-teaching, and designing environments where all learners can succeed. Most recently, as Director of Children’s Ministries, she applied these practices to Sunday school and church events, removing barriers so every child could participate, learn, and experience God’s love.

What makes us different

We bring together two complementary perspectives: a deep understanding of faith formation and a strong foundation in inclusive education. This allows us to look beyond the content being taught to consider how people engage, participate, and connect. We help turn good intentions into thoughtful design and practical strategies that make a difference.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to learning or inclusion. We begin by listening, understanding your goals, and identifying barriers. Then we work alongside you to develop practical, research-based strategies and resources that fit your setting, your people, and your needs.

How we work

We believe inclusion should be intentional, not an afterthought. Every person brings unique strengths, needs, and ways of learning. When we design with those differences in mind from the beginning, we create opportunities for deeper participation, meaningful connections, and growth. We help schools, churches, and community programs turn that belief into practical action.
