Removing Barriers. Creating Belonging. Unleashing Learning

Because learning doesn't happen without intentional planning

Learning is hard when you're on the fringes. We help schools, churches, and community programs remove barriers and create environments where everyone can participate, learn, and belong.

Coaching

Need help with a particular problem of practice? Have a learner who needs extra support? Wondering how to make your classroom, program, or faith community more inclusive? We offer personalized coaching to help you understand learners’ needs, remove barriers, and develop practical strategies that work in your setting.

Our work draws on research-based frameworks, including Universal Design for Learning (UDL), to provide coaching, training, lesson design, and practical resources tailored to the people, goals, and needs of each community.

What we offer

Trainings

Need to train paraprofessionals, volunteers, or colleagues in best practices for inclusive learning? We provide customized training that equips teams with practical strategies to make learning accessible, collaborate effectively through co-teaching, and support the diverse needs of all learners.

Lesson Workshops & Customize Curriculum

We help schools, churches, and community programs design inclusive lessons, events, and learning experiences. We partner with educators and ministry leaders to create engaging, accessible programs that support diverse learners, strengthen teaching practices, and deepen faith and understanding across generations.

The buzz on us

Allison McQueen was sensational! She is a fantastic teacher with an incredible wealth of knowledge and information to share, and I could have listened to her all week!

Bette Case

"Sometimes I think I spend so much time trying to make my children different, or better, and hearing about neurodiversity  was such a great reminder that they are who they are because God created them perfectly in His image. Thank you for creating a space for them to be perfectly themselves."
